Through Service committees, Rotarians personally share their time, expertise, energy and/or financial support to worthy projects. At the beginning of the 2007-2008 Rotary year, after two years of study, club leadership introduced a new approach to service designed to maximize its impact by partnering with one deserving organization while addressing a previously unmet need. This was a departure from the previous practice in which the outreach was spread out to many different organizations. Community organizations are invited to apply for consideration. Periodically, the partner selected will be one focusing on a project that addresses international needs.
